130 East Lake Street is home to the Indian Lake Branch of Edward Jones. The previously vacant lot has been transformed into a brick and limestone building which evokes the true essence of Historic Downtown Lakeview. The brick façade is detailed with limestone wainscoting, trim and cap giving the building a solid, established appearance. Dark green awnings accent the large windows that face the beautiful streetscape of Downtown Lakeview. The 1,620 square foot office space is comprised of a spacious reception area which features a restored historic vault original to the former Lakeview Bank. There are three large offices on the first floor, along with a break room and support facilities.
