Nissin Ohio Brake is a manufacturer of high quality brake systems and component products including anti-lock brake systems. They manufacture complex aluminum castings such as those specified for transmission valve bodies. Phase I added 23,000 square feet to accommodate a new production line which includes a heat treat furnace, quench tank, anodizing, and zinc plating. Phase II incorporated 4,000 square feet of new space and the redesign of 5,000 square feet to improve the shipping and receiving flow, add employee restrooms, and new loading docks.
