When purchased, the Wren Mansion's only inhabitants were raccoons. The 1920 building was renovated into offices thru the process of adding a new roof, brick tuckpointing, landscaping, HVAC, electric, new wood flooring, and the restoration of intricate tile work at each of the eight fireplaces.
